Basil's Favorite Salmon
4 fresh salmon steaks or
salmon filets of equivalent weight
1/4 cup (60 mL) Terriaki Sauce
1/4 cup (60 mL) cooking wine
1 teaspoon (5 mL) freshly diced garlic
1 teaspoon (5 mL) Basils Fire &
Brimstone HOT
1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) dried and crushed Tarragon
dash freshly ground pepper
Seasoned salt to taste
1/4 cup(60 mL) of water or vegetable broth
Method
Place all ingredients, except salmon and water,
in a large dish. Mix all ingredients by using a
whisk. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Let cool
slightly. Add salmon to indredients and marinate
for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F ( 190 C).
