Sorry, EH - but COD is only available in Canada. COD orders are subject to an additional $6.00 shipping cost.
Buyer/receiver is responsible for all shipping costs and/or duties imposed by customs.
Once your payment has cleared, all orders are promptly shipped.
In Canada, orders may be shipped via Canada Post, COD or courier of your choosing (if service is available).
For tracking purposes, orders shipped outside of Canada will be shipped UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post US Priority Post.
Orders shipped by courier must have a house/apartment, street address and daytime telephone of the individual to whom the order is being shipped.
If you pay by cheque, please allow 3-7 business days for cheques originating in Canada to clear. For cheques originating in the United States, allow 7-14 business days for cheques to clear.
Simmons Hot Gourmet Products is not responsible for any loss or damage to shipment. Every effort is made to insure that orders leave our premises in good order. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours to the Courier.
