The Process

We at Simmons Hot Gourmet Products follow a rigorous quality controlled process to bring you our best quality hot pepper sauce. Our hot sauce is currently processed in a federal facility to ensure quality control is reached.

Unfortunately, due to the growth of the company in the last year, and the necessity for changing our processing locations, we do not have pictures of the processing of the hot sauce. However, we at Simmons Hot Gourmet Products oversee every aspect of the process and the post production of our hot sauces.

In the meantime, here are a few pictures of the preprocessing. Look out for more as we get the time to take our pictures.
